New renderings/info has not yet been released. All we know is the tower is now a separate phase from the garage.

So we should assume this is a Capitol Tower situation where the garage will be built first and then when market conditions improve, the tower will be constructed?

And no word on the height, I suppose. I actually hope they stick with the design they have now. I always liked this one.

Whoa! How did I miss this building?? That looks amazing and I hope that is LED lighting, I will have to visit when that is complete. Time frame?

No time frame for the tower yet. Like Capitol Tower the garage is being built first; tower once a tenant signs on.
