It's even less flattering from the north, but we really need a few more taller buildings to help give the skyline height variation. Hopefully with the Independent and 600 Guadalupe (as long as they don't chop it in half) will go a long way to help. We need the 6th and Lavaca tower to stay at 555ft. There is no reason why it can't be over 500 feet.

So I'm finally posting up some pictures from this past Wed. Kevin, Genral, and I had the opportunity to explore parts of DT for a bit. So here you go and enjoy.

Notice the West Campus buildings in the distance.

These were taken from inside the Central Library.

I love that West Campus has become a skyline in it's own right. Just needs a few buildings in the 25-30 floor range to break up the plateau effect.

Crazy to think that 95% of this area was non existent 10-12 years ago.

Does it show like a blank box or nothing at all? I'm gonna have to look for another photo sharing app.

Nice pics, course I was standing next to you when you took them. On my way home I remembered we forgot to swing by 823 Congress Ave to check on the new paint job. If someone could be so kind to take a photo of it please...

There's something almost comical about the cranes sticking out in this picture along with 360's spire.
