I'd love to see a couple of dozen of the selby in Vancouver to break up all the glass condos!! I like it! It's a also nice seeing something in Toronto without wrap around balconies

Selby is okay. It's a compromised design with random columns of spandrel in some of the punched windows. It's just not glass or grey. Commendable but not something to get to carried away with. I wonder how durable the brick tile glued onto precast slabs is at 50 storeys in the air.

AFAIK, this is rental owned by OPSEU.

Love that picture of Edmonton downtown with the hockey rink in the foreground ! That's is so western Canada in the winter ! You have lots of great shots Coldrsx but that is my favourite along with view of Edmonton downtown with snow on evergreens in the foreground !!! Keep them coming !

16 York will really help the area around it feel more urban/complete (too bad for a pretty generic design).....and 10 York, although generic in materials and hue, is a formidable tower in that area. It's not great, but it's a bit more than good I'd say.....(Good is defined as better than Xfinity for this area, along with other things)

Nice updates Coldrx (I keep thinking you're posting photos from someone else and they're not your own)
