1245 Harwood in Vancouver's West End is still not finished yet but I guess good things take time. The arches around the ground floor look to be complete now. The panels have laser cut holes in an abstract foliage(?) pattern. I'd love to get a chance to stand in the two storey lobby and see the daylight coming through the panels.

SoBa Ottawa, a Brad Lamb project. This one is along the downtown portion of the Queensway. City reasoned the area for towers around 20-27 floors. Currently, the area is currently home to light industrial, the Greyhound bus station and low-rise office buildings.

The higher Vancouver House goes, the weirder it looks. The first pic is looking south, the second is looking north.
