Skytrain cars usage

I've been doing a bit of calculations and found that Skytrain may either have a higher spare capacity or higher 4-car MK-II train usage.

Waterfront to Columbia = 30 minutes = 34 trainsets required @ 1.8 minutes
Columbia to King George = 9 minutes = 5 trainsets required @ 1.8/3.6 minutes
Columbia to VCC-Clark = 28 minutes = 11 trainsets required @ 5.4 minutes

Right now we have 37 MK-I trainsets, I heard 5 4-car MK-II trainsets, and 20 2-car MK-II trainsets = 62 trainsets

If we only need 50 trainsets, that means our spare capacity is almost 25% or do we just have 6% spare capacity and they're actually running 12 4-car MK-II trainsets and 6 2-car MK-I trainsets? I'm trying to debunk zweisystem's claims that we're running 25% capacity but something doesn't make sense.

According to a responce on the Buzzer Blog (from a skkytrain ops person)
Peak period service is 57 trains and I think 32 trains off peak based on 4car mk1s & 2 car mark 1s with longer mark2s being removed from service until PM Peak.

you sure there is only 5 4 car mark 2 trainsets? and would his definition of trainset be 2 cars regardless of type (mk Is with their 4 and 6 car trainsets broken down or the mk IIs)
