Update: The Broadway San Antonio

I got an email from the Shell Koontz group this morning updating me on the status of this project and thought I would post a part of the e-mail.

The following is a preliminary timeline for your consideration:

March 2007-Construction begins on Broadway Sales Gallery adjacent to the site at 2120 E. Hildebrand

July 2007 -Gala Event-Sneak Preview of Sales Gallery for Priority registrants

July 2007- Sales Gallery Open and sales begin to general public

July 2007-Selection Process begins for Priority Registration Clients

Drove by on Sunday, May 27th...

No new action to speak of, looks like the asphalt (from the Earl Abel's parking lot) hasn't even been torn up yet.

Nice website, though...

I don't believe they are supposed to even break ground on this project until late this year...maybe even early next year. The sales office will be opening in July.
