The Student housing development on Terrace and Orange was approved 6-1 in last nights meeting. Council member Lauren Kuby voted against it due to the developer not having any workforce or affordable component to the project. Many neighbors showed up and expressed their thoughts on rents being raised in the area. Im glad to see this project get pushed through.

This is the one that is supposed to go up in the site of that Hawaiian grill (formerly Julio’s Too)? If so this is awesome! Density there will be impressive!

No, this is a 7 story development across the street from Vertex at the NWC of Terrance and Orange. It would replace a 56 year old 1-2 story complex that's there now.
