Great shots! I had to LOL at the port-o-potties sitting up there on the top floor. They could market them as the highest portable bathrooms in the city. But I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go...

Thanks Man. Took a while to get this little addition going but they seem to be buzzing along now.

Still say they should have built this thing at least 300'. 240' is no good.

6 more floors of office would have been easily absorbed or they could have gone another 10-15 stories of residential. They need to start going vertical east of Broad in the worse way.

I have a feeling we'll see at least a tower or two on the taller side east of Broad within the decade. Things seem to really be picking up on the east side of Broad.

Depending on the view, this building will make somewhat of an impact on the skyline. Its a big, boxy building and about 67 feet taller than Wills Eye. From 8th & Market this will be pretty noticeable and likewise from the south, down Eighth Street. Not as impressive as a 40 or 50 story building but for that general area, all things considering, its a decent size building.

Most construction sites have them on the top floors. It takes to much time to climb down multiple floors just to use the restroom.

Having seen this "in the flesh", the new tower is such a tiny little thing I am wondering why they are even bothering to build it. If that is all the room they need I am surprised they couldn't rent space in the neighborhood. Maybe as it gets taller it will start to have some impact.
