A great map published in today's Ottawa Citizen shows most upcoming and under-construction condos in Ottawa.

The article does mention that it's not a complete list... but the Windmill developments seem prominent enough, you think they'd be on their map?!

Might be because it's more of a concept that is still in the consultation phase. Other than Arts Court, it seems that every project on the map are at least on sale.
