I think you are thinking about Piedmont ave. There are some smaller condo and apartment buildings right across the Juniper from this lot, and the only homes in that area are converted to restaurants and will probably bite the dust in a few years. Piedmont a street over is lined with beautiful homes however.

Dewnothing has a new site, maybe he is finally serious about being a developer. All the old vapor ware crap is gone. He does show a new condo proposal called The Ansley

This is the same style crap thrown out across from the Fox by that hotel.

How you try to bring a Gothic style reminiscent of the church without any stone is beyond me.

Beltline DRC agenda includes details on an 182 unit MF project on DLH southwest of Bankhead station, more info on the krog street ped plaza, office, & parking deck, a handful of duplexes, adaptive reuse on Edgewood, and a gas station.

Wow, these two plus the row of townhouses going up the east side of the hill towards Edgewood. Krog is going to be the shortest street in the city with this much development! It was named after Frederick Krog, engineer with the Air Line railroad who lived with his recently widowed mother Jane on Decatur Street near Hilliard back in the 1880's. He left Atlanta before 1890. Never been able to find out where he went. Some online sources have him living at what became Stoveworks/Krog but he was half a mile west; but the railroad did have facilities at Air-Line Alley (now Airline Street) right there.

I'm trying to figure out where the ped. plaza will be going along with the 4 story building. Are they all going on the gravel lot near the Beltline and Irwin street?
