Man that photo of Arriva reminds me of Arriva 44 & 54. that would have been pretty wild!

There was no arriVa 54 proposed. arriVa 42 and the third tower were both going to be 44 floors. Eventually the third tower was reduced in height to maybe around the 20 floor mark and would have been a hotel, that was right before Torode went bust.

It would have lead to a nice look, as arriVa 42 (44 floors) would have been on the SW corner, and the hotel tower on the NW, and arriVa 34 on the NE corner. So we would have ended up with 3 towers of differing heights on the block, which I think would have looked very good.

Bigtime: Ya, I know but the "54" version was being kicked around here and if I remember, somebody did a render/mock-up of what it might look like! The good 'ol days....
