right on, build it! great looking tower, sorely needed non-market housing, a good deal all around. a shame that they couldn't get it build somehow without the parking lane, but i guess that'd make these neighbors even more annoyed.

Following Frances Bula's tweets from the courtroom, it seems like the lawsuit won't go anywhere.
