In fact, I've never heard of any "France Ministry of Foreign and International Development", this must be funded by the regular ministry of foreign affairs.

It's embarrassing but to be honest, our public finances look quite pitiful for now. The French government is under the pressure of the European Union, finally realizing that they're crushed by deficit and debts, so I wouldn't expect anything too spectacular. It's no longer like we can afford any kind of pompous luxury to please our very French officials...
mm, as expected and as a bunch of countries, Kenya has a classic townhouse in the prestigious 16th arrondissement. So I guess we need something decent over there, though.
