Philadelphia | Old & New

I'll gradually upload pictures that I took of Philadelphia throughout many years.

Philadelphia is one of my favorite cities in the world. Such a wealth of diverse and impressive architecture.

I absolutely love those super narrow cobblestone streets.

Me too, although the technical name for the stones is Belgian block. Everyone calls them cobblestone, however.

The paving stones seen in the photo of the Merchants' Exchange is closer to what the original cobblestones, or pebble stones, used in colonial Philadelphia looked like.
