Heritage Community - Halifax, Nova Scotia

As an artist of Heirlooms of Halifax, I have failed to find the date in which two structures (residential) have been built. I suspect between 1800 and 1899.
I have scoured the Internet with 0 results.
The homes I address are within a community of the city center of Halifax and of the name Schmidtville.
If you can suggest where I might find these dates, could you kindly contact me.
The homes are:
a two-resident row home - 5646-5648 Morris Street Halifax, Nova Scotia
b) main family home with two cottages at street front - 1314-1316 and 1318-1320 Birmingham Street
Any suggestion will be gratfully received

The Cottages Apparently predate the Subdivision of the land as 1814 coins were found in them.
