The lobby is pretty nice as well as the common meeting room / lounge. Has an upscale feel to it and in my opinion supersedes Park Place. Can't complain about 1 year free Telus internet and cable.
I would hope so given people paid upwards of $100,000 a unit more for the same square footage...

Be careful with Telus. I did a lot of shopping for a provider and they always hide in very little tiny microscopic (I kid you not) print that when the deal ends the rates go up astronomically. For example, Internet for $49.95 per month then in little print it says (first 6 months, increase to $89.95 per month, 3 year contract). They also require a contract so 1 year free then 2 more years at double price and you end up paying way more than going with a competitor like Shaw that doesn't require contracts and over a 1 year period ends up being cheaper for more speed.

Shop around. Contracts are bad.

Internet prices in BC/Canada are just horrible. I am not very happy with the pricing of Telus, but Shaw is not any cheaper either. I would change to Novus, but out building is not supported by them.

What are you folks doing? I switch back and forth between Shaw and Telus every year with their introductory offers. I haven't paid more than $40/month for cable/internet in 4 years. Right now I pay $20.

I think for us it works out to $9/month for 100MBs for our strata with Terago, used to be Metrobridge I believe, don't think they offer individual accounts though.
