-7C with a wind chill of -12C and a mix of sun and clouds. We had a sunny morning followed by a cloudier afternoon.

Low of -19C this morning (wind chill -25C).

The warmspot was Kindakun Rocks, BC at 6.3C. Kind of sad for mid-February.

I arrived to Kaohsiung, Taiwan last night. It's lovely 25c, and sunny today. Coming from a frigid Seoul, it's pure heaven.

Yes only +6.3C is pretty sad for mid February.
And amazing the hotspot is so far north.

Tuesday was overcast, dry and cool in Vancouver. The high at Vancouver Harbour was 6 C, the low was 1 C.

Haha, as soon as the weather network posted that stupid article last week, "No more snow for Vancouver this winter?" I knew they would fucking jinx it. I have always hated pre-emptive weather stories.

Forecast says sunny and 6 degrees tomorrow so at least it will be bright and should melt in the sun.

Same thing actually happened here last night, big thick wet flakes for a couple hours. Was white in the morning but melted by mid afternoon.

I think last night was our coldest temperature of the season? Not sure. Brutal. Today is going to be likewise cold.

+4,+6,+5,-6,-1,+2,+5 for the next week in Moncton. Occasional showers, no significant snowfall. I'm beginning to think that the back of winter has been broken.

This will go down as one of the least snowy winters in Moncton in a long while.

The constant freeze/thaw though and the generally wet weather has been brutal on the pavement!!

-2C, -7C windchilll. A bit of snow.

I think it's the first day in a while that we've been warmer than some place that isn't Iqaluit on the Environment Canada weather map.

Enjoy it. Besides tomorrow it looks like St. John's is back to seasonal temperatures. No snow in the long range forecast though, which is what really matters. When there's no snow on the ground, I can cut through a field behind the CBC building to get coffee in the morning rather than have to take an extra five minutes to walk around it all along the streets.

It's the little things in life.

Guys, not weather related but it does warm my heart. And I don't want to put it in the highways thread. And i have effing share it right effing now lol.

The intersection at the end of my block could be going back to a roundabout. Yay. Right now it's just a field of asphalt and a bit of a free for all.

^Nooo....people will start to park in the middle part. At least with the free for all they normally didn't park in the middle.

Maybe it'll be landscaped. That'd be a great place for large mature trees. What makes you think it'll just be bare asphalt still?

Oh, St. John's. It will still be bare asphalt lol

^Precedence is what I base my mostly tongue-in-cheek joking on. A tree would be great though.

Calgary, -29C without the windchill on the 12th to almost +10C on the 13th. This yoyo weather can sometimes be a real pita.

12cms of flufffy snow fell overnight. Will turn into mash potatoes this afternoon with highs of +3C. Then harden overnight at -6.

Well it's 1C and snowing right now. But it will be -23C tonight. This winter. I suppose I should be happy for the ability to walk to the church last night for Shrove Tuesday. It's only two blocks away yet I've driven there the last two weeks. It's been that ridiculously cold.
