Some of them aren't too bad.

My sister got a good deal on one of the few that was in bad shape (it had been a drug house).

On St Clair St itself, $250 000 and up, if there happens to be one on the market. All the streets between Fairleigh St to the West and Blake St to the East also have similar houses with large mature trees.

A little further to the East (Norway Ave - Gage Ave) where I live you find a ton of smaller more modest homes all priced between $150 000 to $200 000. But this is technically not the St. Clair neighborhood anymore, it's the Blakely Neighborhood.

A lot of the houses West towards Wentworth are nice as well.
