This begs another question. I wonder if they are building the current office portion to support more floors down the road if they have the need?
Forgot what article it was and from where but I posted it here and had a guy from RED saying the office portion is being built in such a way to accommodate additional height. Similar to what they did with Hotel Palomar...

There's a couple more sections and a jumper on the crane. Looks like It's about to go taller. Can't wait to see the 2nd crane go up.

I thought I remembered something about that. I sure hope if that is the case, a tenant can be found to grow the structure. It would be nice to see the office portion around 300'.

Not yet. I think crane 2 will be assembled by crane 1.

I was just browsing the FAA archives and found the evaluation submission for Block 23 from back in 2016. I don't remember ever seeing this, but it looks like the residences are right at 232'. That's actually not too bad. Puts it at just 10' shorter than Stewart will be. Here's the submitted evaluation.

I doubt there will be a second crane, but they are moving pretty fast with the concrete foundation.

Correct. There will be 2 cranes. The current crane cannot reach the entire project site.

I zoomed in on the cam picture and I see 2 extra crane sections standing near the crane itself. Are they already looking to jump the crane or are they there for future need to jump the crane?

They've been there since the crane was put up. Not sure when they plan on jumping the crane. I'm surprised Block 23 and Link cranes weren't taller off the get go. They could've went up quite a few sections more without building anchor support.
