PHOENIX | The Stewart| 242 FT | 19 FLOORS

This project has been under construction for a while now and is being built in place of the old Circles building.

You can see a portion of the old Circles building in the corner that is remaining and will be integrated into the new building.

The old building also used to be home to the Stewart Motor Company back in the 40's.

Here's all 3 of Phoenix's newest buildings. The Stewart on the left, the new hospital in the middle and a 30 story apartment tower is going up on the far right.

Amazing, not to ask too much but please post as many Phoenix threads as possible. I'm obsessed with Phoenix. Only been to the aiprot but the city is so intriguing and unique, I think when it gets critical mass, it's downtown will explode. Perfect city for downtown living, given the year-round warmth, non-stop growth, and heat that makes driving repulsive. Also a rather attractive downtown that could thrive with some TLC.
