Perhaps the remaining floors will be constructed in steel due to the changing geometry of the final floors and crown?

That wall is so unsightly. It needs to be covered.

The three high rises surrounding the marble dome of the Ritz create a spectacular urban landscape along Broad Street.

Yes, this is the view from the Ben Franklin Bridge and it continues to register along Vine / Race until you reach Broad St. It's patently ugly and needs to be covered up. Please step up Mr. Lenfest!

If only the dome was not so hideously dirty. I think it's a disgrace the Ritz let it get this bad and is still taking no steps to clean it. I contacted the Ritz on this but nothing.

Does anyone know what this nice pile of kindling at the the foot of the BFB is called? I simply cannot believe builders don’t use any fire breaks on these huge piles of wood.
