Nice work as usual, koops. Union Square, or whatever it's called, is one I wish would not be built. It'll be a misshapen, portly blight.

Edit: I meant 160 Front, not Union Centre.

Really inspiring renders! Great job koops

Hopefully council will reject the current Chelsea Gardens and Sugar Wharf proposals. The current designs are too oppressive.

Agree. They need better design. More height wouldn't hurt either.

Hopefully they sign up some "real tenants" before then to lock this one down.

A lot of massive office towers rising in the core now, and even a bit outside the traditional core will expand its size. We never really talk about it but Union Station and its redevelopment with such a mindboggling capacity will truely aid future growth downtown. But even with its top end capacity raised, we will still need another downtown train station. Maybe Spadina/Exhibition or Portlands East, but something to drain some of volume.

Both good locations to talk about another downtown station but I think the Portland's has the most potential for growth. Unless they want to drastically alter how the exhibition grounds are used. We could definitely use a few feeder hubs outside of the core though. While DoFo has a majority at Queen Park cutting and slashing I see very little hope in the way of new urban transit investments for at least the next 4 years though.
