In the city proper, mainly the Buttes Chaumont and the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève, though I agree they aren't that tall. In the urban area, the Hauts-de-Seine is quite hilly though, especially at the level of the Southwestern turn of the river Seine.
Now, this being said, I agree that Paris remains what I would consider as a flat city in the meaning that it is clearly not San Francisco !
