What's worse than the building is who is the guy that's supposed to cut the grass?

This is the most expensive city in Canada, looks like Compton.

They cut the grass in Compton but, you're right, the guy with the backpack is up to no good.

Some construction updates from around the Vancouver area.
Brentwood
The Dawson at the corner of Dawson and Willingdon Avenue.


Madison & Dawson by Porte




Milano. It's listed as proposed in the database, same with Fulton House but both have a crane installed.




Metrotown
5250 Imperial Street


Midori with The Met 2 (completed but listed as UC in the database) and Park Metrotown behind it. Also Imperial Metrotown is in the excavation phase but is listed as proposed in the database.

Modello is pretty much completed, just finishing some work on the podium and at street level.

Thank you! I prefer Mtl-style density to Toronto's tall balcony towers. The indie retail in new condos certainly looks more inviting than Toronto's chain retail. Now if only we could combine Toronto's architectural quality with Montreal's massing than we'd have a winner.
