That hole does not look very big UNTIL you see the little people in it.

Big tower. Interesting design, but I am not sure I am in love with it.

That was an old restaurant called "La Casa del Marisco".
They already moved to a new place, last week.

The "house" will be demolished in order to construct the Waters Tower. Will be 74 floors / 245 mts. tall.

The render of Waters:

Waters Tower start construction this February.

very nice tower. In the renderings they always make it look like the towers stand alone. But in reality these two will be side by side right? Thats a powerful combination.

That's right.

And the third tower will be Arts Tower (75 floors, 250 mts)

Arts Tower will be next to Waters Tower.
The correct order (left to right) = Arts Tower, Waters Tower and Ice Tower. Each one side by side.

Arts Tower (Render)

Wow, looks like this one is ready to go, and nearly the height of the Empire State Building! A little piece of Dubai in our hemisphere.

I think these three buildings will look great together, if built seperately, I think Ice tower would look a little strange, but all three together! Beautiful!

I would be thrilled and honored if something like these was built in Chicago, they are wonderfully different.

Right Next to Ice Tower, will be located WATERS, with 74 floors & 245 mts. tall. The terrain is almost ready to start excavations...

WATERS Tower (Render)

And right next to Waters, will be located ARTS Tower with 80 floors & 250 mts tall. They are starting excavations this week.

ARTS TOWER (Render)

Arts Tower, Waters Tower and Ice Tower. Each one side by side.

- A little bit of the terrain of Ice (Left) Waters (Center) and Arts (Right)

I don't like the design of Ice Tower but Waters is GREAT!!! Arts Tower is nice also.

Only one thing, this will not be the tallest residential tower upon completition.
