Moderator...shouldn't this be moved to Construction since the new tower is going up right now?

Yes the third tower is under construction now......no question about that. Can't say I am happy about it though.

Mighty Swine photography there.
Did it look they were building one, or two buildings at once in this next phase of construction?

While riding on 95, I noticed a crane and core constructing. Pretty nice to see this coming along.

Yes, just one. It's going to be inconvenient for the new residents to say the least.

They are still on the second floor but it is moving right along. I was surprised to see how close to the street this one is.

Shorty

The building under construction is the Reef right? The shortest of the bunch at only 21 stories.

Wasn't the Reef and the Horizon both going to go up in the same phase?

At least that's what I thought but on the first page of this post it seems to indicate that the Reef is phase three and the Horizon is phase four. Did this change at some point?

They are probably building based on what they can sell, no? They wouldn't put up two buildings if their isn't a demand for them. And yes the one going up now is the shortest.

The night renderings made this project look pretty cool, but the material picked for the building look horrible. Not hating, just disappointed.
