I think the Houston tower is called Williams Tower, if we're thinking about the same one.

no they're not, in fact I get far more of a sense of vitality and yearning from many building's over 70 years old, than a lot of ubiquitous modern, homogenized committee designed econoboxes.

and even if they were, better than being new and facile.

I can't be bothered to list all the hundreds of buildings I've taken to over the years, so I'll just say most of the ones in this picture.
