Seasons Retirement plans to open Sept. 5 in Stoney Creek

Stoney Creek’s newest retirement community is preparing for an official opening on Sept. 5.
Seasons Stoney Creek, a 150-suite development at 8 Shoreview Pl., features studio, one and two-bedroom units with kitchenettes and lakeside views.
The development is located at the corner of Millen and North Service roads, steps from Lake Ontario and the waterfront trail.
The rental apartments will include three meals daily, care, housekeeping, activities, utilities and emergency response.
Most of the resident suites, amenity spaces and the rooftop patios offer scenic views of the lake and the surrounding area. Other amenities include a fitness centre and indoor walking track, a 24-hour, self-serve bistro, a games area, rooftop patios and home theatre.
The Stoney Creek location is among 11 Seasons Retirement Communities locations in Ontario. The company also operates in Alberta under the name Sunrise Village.
