Was going by there, and unless my eyes were off, the windows had a very weak yellow tint to them.

Traffic at Broadway and Oak was limited to two westbound and 1 east bound lane. I imagine this would resemble what would be seen with at-grade LRT or a Skytrain Guideway. Imagining this along all of Central Broadway makes it clear to me that a tunnel really is the best option here.
I think it's more like the architects did not design a space for signage
and no one was creative enough to devise a better solution.
Conceivably, they could have hung the sign from the overhanging roof
- like the COSSETTE sign on Homer St.
- but then that would block someone's view of downtown and the North Shore.
Given the visibility of the NW corner of the building from downtown I hope they planned for another logo on that corner. Seems kinda silly not to have one looking back at downtown.
For a QC company, that's one heck of an awkward logo. I was thinking South Asian.
Unless there's some "never forget" tie-in with that phrase on QC license plates?

Thanks for the update. Certainly has the most design elements of any office project built in recent years, exceeding even 725 granville. Will reserve judgement until completion, as the finishing details will make or break it.

This looks to be just about completed. The corner retail unit is going to be another Dalina (coffee and kitchen). The first is under Bosa's recent residential rental block on Main Street.
