Great solid infill. The LRT effect is definitely at play here. Thanks for creating the thread.

Important to note that an FC is not an "application", technically. It's "Formal Consultation", which means the would-be-applicant gave a basic drawing to the city for them to look at to confirm what approvals they would need and to provide some preliminary feedback.

100%. Especially considering the fact that there are 248 units and 99 parking spots -- ~0.4 parking spots per unit seems to be a (slight) improvement
