Demolition at 7th and Madison must have started yesterday since early this morning I saw that a big bite has been taken out of the old sports medicine clinic(?) at the south end of the site. I'll try to post photos later.

Awesome! I like quick work. They do not seem to have their thumbs up their A&%$. This will be fun to watch go up.

I'm with you NW Mike. Glad to see they're moving fast on this project.

The building going in across from M Street is called Landes. Here's a rendering (from the Harbor Properties website):

More info about this building can be found here

I like it too, but the rendering makes it look like it could have that ugly corrugated metal siding. I hope I'm just imagining this, as I really hate that industrial look.

The slight arc of the facade could look really cheap if not crafted really well. Since I believe NBBJ is also the architect for 7th and Madison across the alley - they should plop that model into this rendering too! I'd like to see the backside of 7th and Mad.

The fact that you haven't figured it out is even funnier! Reread your question and look around.

Then stand in front of the main entrance to a building and ask people where the entrance is.

I still don't get what you mean Mhays. I meant 7th and Madison (the condo building).
