Edgewater will definitely be the next Brickell. Loads of developments are being considered around Edgewater and its proximity. In the map above, you can see the neighborhoods. It'll be good to get some infill to replace some of those 2-3 story structures.

I think this tower is complete. Schedule did say by end of December. If anything, maybe some interior work is occurring. But its essentially finished.
