Added this, they've taken out the pic with the helicopters and drones in the render and re-placed it with this one..the same but edited..

Hey the storm sewer outlets on the facade are gone! One element that seemed to make a big difference to my eyes. It's getting better...

Weird...

Any new news? Or are we still looking at something that will never materialize?

Don't get me wrong, a great bit of high density infill for a dirt lot on a prominent street.

I get that we're not going to see some glass monument to modernity built there.

BUT! There has to be a way to improve upon that design without inflating the cost.

Is it really necessary that one side of the building look like a medieval prison?

^ The grainy grayscale drawing does it no favours either, but at least they took away the chopper and drone hovering ominously in the background of an earlier version...

Is this building expandable to the original height? If anyone knows. Or is this what it will be.

Are those tiny little balconies like on The Avenue Building? Looks dumb if so, just make them functional.

It's certainly unique which is cool I guess. Looks like a baby WCB building... but residential lol. Kinda sucks the way they did the mechanical area/elevator on the roof, ruins the symmetry that was clearly the main focus of the build.

Anyone know how many CRUs are going in? Even with a substantial lobby it looks like there could be 2 or 3.
