Yes, sorry. Like an idiot I forgot to date them.

The one to the left of the most recent stage of development was done on 5/30.

So, going by that diagram, which may or may not be entirely correct, it's roughly 160m or 524ft tall as of this week.

Thumbs up One Vanderbilt is the BEST tower going up!

The facade looks AMAZING!!! HOLY COW! The way the windows were done with that inward third of it is amazing!! I'm curious if the way it's colored in the video is either some overblown effect or can the building have different colors based on those metal rods that I bet contain LEDs in them! It can give the building essentially a different color coating every so often, or even be used like a display!

But either way, I hope to see this building in person before the middle of the fall when it starts getting cold up there! Late September or early October would be great somehow to see the foliage and give these new supertalls a few more months to get a bit more height til I go out there! Dallas is cool and all, but New York will ALWAYS be where I'm from!

^^ Pardon my French but Holy Shit! Gorgeous! Is the level we're looking at a mechanical level, which could be the reason the windows are not a solid sheet of glass? ie: fancy louvers?

The texture is just unlike anything I've ever seen, including the brand new 111 W 57th which takes a back seat to 1 Vandy. The grooves in the Terra Cotta, the stainless rails, the color of the glass. Unreal. Thank you to KPF and all businesses involved in making this feasible and a reality!

Thanks to NYguy for those great update pics! I just have one question at what floor will be the observation deck, and the height is over 1,000 feet right?

Started out real slow, now it's gaining steam fast and rising quickly.
