I haven't seen any action on this (Comcast II) The W, or Market East projects. Just from what I'm viewing on the internet, there hasn't been any movement.

The engineers are all on strike across all projects iirc

Is there a W webcam that you've been keeping to yourself?

Speaking of webcams, does anyone else know what's going on with the Comcast webcam? I don't even bother to check any more.
It's been so long since it hasn't worked.

On the issue of the W webcam, when thisisforreal posts his updates, almost, um, daily, except for another vacation? That's the movement I'm referring to.
I would have loved to work for his Company. But all things considered, he did pick a good week to take off.

The Comcast crane was operating yesterday morning and this morning when I drove by. Somebody is up there.

I thought the supposed strike was only one day, as someone on one of these threads reported activity had resumed the very next day. If there was an ongoing strike of operating engineers I would think there'd be some news coverage of it by now, no?

As much as this would probably not happen, it would be cool if they built a downscaled version of this tower in Wilmington.

Why should they do this? I don't think this building would translate well on a smaller scale. It would be nice to see ONE new tower in wilmington sometime soon, though. Hopefully perceived market demand allows one to move forward before too long.

I don't think it would look bad downscaled, I mean look at 1201 North Market Street. That looks like a downscaled Three Logan Square only, different colored materials on the curtain wall. I'm sure it would work out fine. I will admit that I do really want to see some skyscraper construction in Wilmington though.

This morning they were adding framework for the cladding that will cover the tall columns along Arch.
