need urgent help with location for student film

Hey guys, i've really gotten myself into a jam trying to find a location for a upcoming student film i'm doing next week at VFS. I'm looking for a wall in nice area, like a park. The script calls for a girl to interact with a series of posters that will be hung on this wall. The director wants something colorful and simple, without too many distractions, ie doors, windows....etc. Here is an example of an ideal wall.

Anybody by chance know of a wall like this near downtown? If anybody was able to help, i would reallly appreciate it.

You could try the high school/community centre on Denman.

You might be hard pressed to find a location downtown where you won't be chased away by security.
Any gymnasium wall would probably do, so like Mr. X mentioned a community centre or school would probably work.

If you want a more cleaner and modern looking building than the one i suggested above, there's always the elementary school at Yaletown.

It's right on the seawall, right next to David Lam Park.

thank you for the suggestions, I'm worried about the schools because we plan on shooting weekdays during the day, and it we would then interfere with the school, especially if the wall is on the playground, the community center looks like its worth a shot though, i may bike down there tomorrow morning.

know of anything outside of downtown, but still within vancouver? as long as it's within 15minutes driving distance, it should be ok for us.

What about around the Maritime Museum or the Planetarium in Vanier Park? I imagine there are some good uninterrupted walls around there.

Dr. Sun Yat Sen gardens perhaps?

Might want to call them first to let them know what you're doing.
