I don't think it was ever intended to be more than a quick tilt-up industrial building. Are there really any industrial users out there who really invest in architecture these days?
To the extent that industrial users go above and beyond with their buildings, it usually applies more to sustainability measures like solar/wind, green roofs, etc. And those are usually companies who already have sustainability as part of their ethos.
