Maybe they're going to use them to hang a sales banner.

Interesting thought. Good that they may have been thinking about how to attach things to the outside from now, so it doesn't become a hack job later.

Either way I think it'll look sleeker and more modern if you will when the blue film is off. But I still agree, the blue film is actually kinda nice.

If I were to have an office with a view like this it would be really hard to get any work done, thanks for a great pic, a few of mine taken yesterday:

I still feel that if the buildings cladding and or glazing had some kind of gradient to it where it went from dark to light as it climbed up its twisted elevation, it would look truly remarkable. Though it still is wicked in its current state, a cherry on top on something impressive as this would almost blow the roof away.

Perhaps some element of such an effect could be simulated with the LED lighting. With its entire south faced having LED lights on the corner of every window block, gradient colours on occasion could look quite spectacular. Heck, they could even do moving waves of a gradient colour scheme.

Sweet shots Design Mind! Think I'll re-post them in the 10 tallest U/C thread in the Canada section if you don't mind.
