Thanks for posting these pics in the "wrong" section!
To all Canadians - you're welcome to post your pics here instead of in the US section!

Ah... why say "To all Canadians", when the guy who started the thread lives in Germany according to his profile?

Maybe after hearing/reading Americans claim that their country was the best in the world, year after year, he just assumed that Vancouver must be part of it?

@waterlooson,

a cup of coffee on a beautiful sunny sunday morning and your sarcastic sound between your lines, that's all what I need.

Best wishes to Los Cabos

I'm curious about the camera. Were any of these done on film, as opposed to digital camera? Some of them look as though the colour has degraded a little.

I love your pictures. The colours are just delightful. Very honest-looking.

Vancouver itself amazes me as always.

@agrant,

I took the pictures with an OLYMPUS mju 1 camera. It was a birthday present in 1994 and a real simple but good camera, only I missed sometimes the zoom.

You right, after digitize in a foto-shop in Davie Street the pictures loose colour and brilliance. The fotoprints are really more nice and I was not happy about that. But perhaps this gaves the pictures an especially athmosphere.

Greetings, Harry
