New York City - America's most lived in Metropolis

2012 is almost over and I completely forgot that I went to New York this year. For those who have never heard of it, New York is the largest metro in the United States and the center of the famous Bos-Wash corridor, which if you are an American, there is a 17% chance that you live here. Centered at a natural harbor striding islands that look uncomfortably like a penis and balls, the region is home to 18-22 million people depending on how you count. I visited in the winter which was brutally cold compared to Texas, but made for an awesome place because almost everyone in New York wears black coats. So enjoy these pictures of New York City, where every street kind of looks like Sesame Street;

Those pics are all of Howard Beach and South Ozone Park, neighborhoods in far SE Queens along the A train and adjacent to JFK airport.

And these pics are certainly excellent. Very atmospheric!
