Here's the thing, though:
One source (which I don't remember by now) says that Boushie was sleeping the entire time when the entire fiasco happened.
(No, I did not overlook the fact that a robbery was taking place and that Gerald Stanley just wanted to protect his property and family. I had borne that in mind.)
If that was the case, Boushie really had no part in the robbery, at all.
If that wasn't, though, then, I have nothing else to say.
Ps: Maybe that FSIN "don't want business owners/farmers to have more rights to protect themselves" prompted the defense to disqualify anyone looking aboriginal during peremptory challenge??
