I am so excited about this! A full renovation to the food court is needed badly, it’s so dark and dingy at the moment

I take this to mean the plan for a skylight over the section of food court in front of Thai Express, Cookies by George, etc is dead?

I thought this was the old suspended ceiling grid. It in no way looks new. I think the stucco ceiling was attached to this and they will attach new dry wall ceiling to this OR replace grid and then drywall.

Cornwall Centre Sears Area Redevelopment

Full Document

(notice new elevator off of food court balcony and Shoppers taking up Sasktel side area. I am very much disappointed that the main level wall off of Sask drive doesnt have windows. Very odd to me.

Former ALDO...maybe it isnt coming back.

Disappointed that they are converting retail space to offices.

Cornwall renovations

I will reserve judgement until I see the floor completed, but the area I looked at by the Bay looked a little shoddy.

Also, on the floor plans I am not seeing any Sunrise or Volcom...

I guess they decided to close access to and from the Casino and Delta off from the mall.

What kind of business needs 20 offices and 1000 cubicles?

By the looks of the exterior renderings, they have no plans on improving the streetscape or removing the god awful orange tile. Huge disappointment!

The worse kind. Must be going for another call center (won't happen).

That entire main floor wall along Sask drive should have been one of the first things in the design phase of the mall redevelopment to open with glass/signage/new material/doors etc. I am hoping these renders are still a little more premature so that Cushman & Wakefield have time to get their act together. I like the Hamilton Street new exntrance with glass and basically making it more active and visually appealing.

They need to plant trees along the Sask Drive side and yes, remove every last tile of that god awful orange!

They all say "sample demise"/"sample layout", so I don't think it's final?
