and we have an update on the Absoluteworld buildings' heights, info direct from the architect and provided by Cityzen over at urbantoronto.ca....

Absoluteworld 4 - 56 storeys - 178.3 meters = 584.97 feet

Absoluteworld 5 - 50 storeys - 159.99 meters = 524.90 feet

Thread Title needs to be changed, Tower 1 is now 585 feet and Tower 2 is now 525 feet.

Thankfully this isn't your typical U.S. suburb especially the ones in the South. I like the funkiness of the buildings, obviously their height and how much more urban sauga has become. I was there back in late May on my Toronto vacation. I had not been there since 2002 and it was amazing to see how much sauga has changed as well as Toronto itself. The area is maturing rapidly and that's what I like to see.

I find most of the bldgs in Missasauga are rather blase regarding their architecture. But these towers give me something to look forward to when I'm back up there next month.
