Taken about an hour ago on my phone:



It looks like they're finishing up the first non-podium floor, so I expect things will start moving much faster in the next week or two.

Has anyone heard anything about them starting the other components of Phase 1 soon – the condo tower and river walk/park?

Architect said Wednesday that, yes, they were finishing the last plinth floor. I expect the residential floors to rise about one a week. First occupancy is set for April 2018, and parts of the riverwalk will open shortly thereafter.

He said they were in permitting now for the next building, a condo tower south of River City, but I didn't clarify exactly which sub-parcel.

^ In permitting for a condo tower they haven't started sales on?

IIRC, the condo tower that's a part of phase one is Current (Building G)
