New proposed 7 story building -Downtown State College
The current building, which houses Canyon Pizza at 260 E. Beaver Ave., will be demolished. No official construction timeline has been set. Retail on the ground floor with apartments above. Some underground and additional surface parking.

New Highrise proposed for Down Town

Proposed 12 story mixed use at corner of College and Atherton. Called The Residences at College and Atherton which would be across the street from the Metropolitan which is currently being built. Story in the Centre Daily Times.

Thanks for the links guys, quite an impressive structure. I do wonder if the review board in State College is less "stringent" than the board in Ithaca. I certainly hope so.
