2011 damaged my trust in the NHL so much that I stopped watching completely. Not a fair weather fan, survived the 80s and late 90s just fine, worked for the Canucks for five years, met my wife through the Canucks org., but when you know it's rigged for big market teams it's tough to stay interested.

Sad to see the Sedins go, I was a big fan of them both on and off the ice. Echo the comments about the ownership group. I've only been to a handful of games post 2011 and all of them freebies, even then I've turned down more games then those I've been to. Might be good to have local ownership, just unfortunate on how our ownership acts.

Maybe the family can keep their investment in the club by just dumping Francesco but I seriously doubt he will survive this once everything comes out in court. Onni/Pinnacle still survived after the ****show with the De Cotiis family so maybe there's hope for the business.
