Thanks!
The "outside" vertical red surfaces look to be painted, rather than panelling, unless panelling is to be applied later.

If you look at the bottom cove it looks like they are putting panneling on top of the painted surface. It definitely looks a bit shinier to me.

Maybe it has just had an additional coat of something to make it shinier.

Quite a shame if they go for paint over alucabond.

Yeah, I was wondering whether the outside and inside would be treated differently.

Maybe it's not an architectural masterpiece but I think it has way more character than the boring box buildings that dot the blocks around this one.

Pics by Yellow Fever at SSC - dated May 29, 2013.

Some of the balconies are being painted black.
The red/orange looks great. Still wondering about the last of the bare concrete edges though (east and west facades)...

those flourishes and unconventional massing (along with the yale) really make this otherwise typical tower somewhat impressive. the marketing is almost insultingly idiotic but the design team really seems to have done their homework: take a look at the two bedroom floorplans. basically, we have de-emphasized/discarded master bedrooms in favor of large (and multiple) shared spaces, tailor-made for roommated professionals.
