3D printed skyscrapers

Is it possible?
Do you think we will ever see it?
Imagine a machine that lasers out large blocks of stone or steel, which can be snapped into place. Or a new material yet to be invented that is stronger and more durable than steel.
Even entire "uniform body" skyscrapers.
