According to the rendering these pillars are at various angles.

Looks like a generous lobby ceiling height.
A bit odd that the corner column seems to almost butt up to the corner mullion,
so there's not much exterior circulation space outside the lobby doors at the top of the stairs.
(The handicapped entrance would be off Hornby)

PS - the original plans show a fountain/water feature along Pacific where the stairs and planters are.

On the face of it, no. Grosvenor is probably one of the most respectable international real estate groups on the planet, and I don't say that glibly.

I would expect that they would take a very measured approach to how this project is handled.

Hoping and trying to be the action. 2 years ago Land Assembly (Anchor Point 1, 2 and 3) was propose and offered ($1880 a sq/ft) signed on right away.
But other want to wait till we are sorounded by all the new developments, to ask or get a better offer.
We get a monthly report on the progress of owners committing to the sale. 80% is needed for a go.

^^^ I remember getting some brochures in my mailbox about a year and a half ago offering Anchor Point units for a million each.

Here are some pics of The Pacific from today.

Thanks.
Hard to tell if there are notches in the slab for curtain wall on the Pacific St. side.
