Aside from the spandrel - which I don't even mind - the massing is great on this. Already very transformative for the riverfront, and bridging the gap to the north side of the rail tracks.

Drove under the overpass, the 4th New West tower looks a lot nicer from streetview than this.

Just the main part of the retail complex changed hands and changed its name

In the last pic, it's like they ordered the wrong sized windows for the concrete opening.....
(but is it probably LEED compliance that required a smaller vision glass area?)

Does this connect to quayside drive? If not that's a lost opportunity. Would've been a great pedestrian connection
